Our Services
We want to help you get the best house cleaning for your home. We know that everyone and every home is different and we want to meet your needs as best we can. You can pick one option or combine them to get exactly what you need! We offer a schedule of weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleans as well as ‘one time’ or ‘as needed’ basis.
We highly encourage all of our clients to reach out with any questions, comments, concerns or suggestions you may have throughout the duration of our employment with you. You can contact us here or call 828-450-0846. We realize that each client has different priorities for their home, and we want you to feel happy. The more aware we are of your expectations, the more satisfied you will be with your cleaning. GreenBee Cleaning Co. will always guarantee that a properly trained cleaner will show up to your home, but not all tasks may be completed if time runs short. However, we are always happy to work off of a priority list during the time scheduled, once the initial cleaning is complete.
*We require a 100% deposit for first and one-time cleans (due 72 hours in advance).
***If the home is beyond what we feel is reasonable to clean, due to the cross contamination through our cleaning materials (including feces, blood, etc) we will bring it to your attention soon as we realize this is a concern and our staff may not be able to complete the clean. Should this happen, we and reschedule after the area or areas of concern have already be cleaned***
We do not specialize in hoarding or bio hazard situations.
Standard Clean
We would love to detail your house from top to bottom! However, that could possibly take days or even weeks! So this is what we have come up with instead. This is also what we do when we are not given any direction. A ‘first time’ house cleaning encompasses the same tasks as a ‘standard cleaning’, but will generally take longer due to build-up. In the event that not enough time is scheduled, some areas with excessive build-up may not be finished. We will concentrate on these areas each time we come for a cleaning until your home is up to our standards.

Clean front of refrigerator
Clean all countertops
Spot clean fronts of cabinets
Clean stove top and front of oven

GENERAL HOUSE
Remove cobwebs
Dust ceiling fans (as needed)
Dust all surface areas, remove fingerprints
Dust woodwork, window sills, shelves,
Shake out and vacuum throw rugs
Fold over to vacuum and mop under larger area rugs
Dust computer and TV screens (with homeowner permission)
Empty wastebaskets
Clean light fixtures/outlets/switches
Tidy couches and chairs
FLOORS
Vacuum all floors and carpets
Mop all floors
Move In/Move Out
*Before we can start a Move In/Move Out clean, the house needs to be completely vacant*
Our Move In or Move Out Clean is our Standard clean plus the insides and outsides of all appliances, cabinets, and drawers throughout the home. As well as a thorough washing of baseboards, door frames, light switches, outlets and any doors and walls that need it.
Water and electricity need to be on in order for a move in/out clean to occur.

Commercial Cleans
Having a clean, healthy place to work improves productivity! We want to help you make that happen without compromising your health and the health of your co-workers. While many of our commercial clients prefer a weekly or biweekly clean, we are able to schedule on a 4, 6, or 8 week rotation as well. In addition to offices, we have experience in storefront and restaurant cleaning. We offer free consultations in which we discuss what you would like and we can customize our services to meet your business needs. Many of our commercial clients enjoy using our cleaning products in between cleans. We offer our products by the bottle or in bulk, depending on your needs. Favorites include our hand soap and all purpose cleaners.
